There are not many of these useful little cruisers around now. Very solidly built, a very cheap first weekend cruiser. The high prow keeps her very dry in a seaway and there is a large boat feel down below. Simple reefing when shorthanded with a lot of the power coming from the large genoa, extended with an attractive bowsprit. This beautiful Bavaria 30 Cruiser is exceptionally easy on the eye - she is by far that best that I have seen and looks to have been meticulously and careful looked after. Following relaunch in April 2026, after anti foul, hull polish, leg service and a new sail drive gaiter, she looks fabulous - clean, white and shiny! This is the Beneteau Oceanis 411 Clipper. These boats offer an amazing amount of space whether in the saloon, cabins, heads or cockpit. She is the 2 cabin layout with 2 heads. At the moment the owners are using her mainly for liveaboard and some sailing - you will see they have removed the saloon bench seat this is still available. These great looking Elan 295s still really have a lovely, modern feel to them - very much an eye catcher! This example has certainly had a past life - I'd say that she has been well used and well loved and there is evidence of use everywhere you look. That said, a loved boat that has had a lot of use and has been looked after by her owners is a lot better in my mind, than a neglected boat that has just been left to fend for herself.
