Entering on the deck level into is a large kitchen area, you are immediately struck by the amount of light from the many large windows. There is plenty of work space and storage, together with sink and LPG oven.
Stairs lead down to a refurbished lounge, with a new multi fuel burner, and is a newly decorated area with a skylight for natural light. There is good quality flooring, and an area underneath the kitchen that could house a second double berth.
Leading from this is a large double bedroom, again with plenty of storage and newly decorated. Through from this is a family bathroom with new toilet, double shower cubicle and hand basin. this area has recently been completed and houses a new gas combi boiler that provides hot water and central heating to compliment the multi fuel burner..
Back from the lounge there is a corridor leading each side, that both provide some further storage and lead to another storage area underneath the kitchen. This area does not have full headroom but could easily provide further storage, become a laundry area or even a further sleeping area.
Outside there is good deck space to enjoy your surroundings.There is a wheelhouse that would need updating should you wish to use Ellen Elizabeth for cruising. The Lister engine, which has under 3000 hours, would need a thorough service before cruising, but is in running order. There was a survey carried out in 2021 which is available. The boat is currently having a new set of anodes welded on, and also has a new galvanic isolator. This Humber keel provides comfortable accommodation, and is a good size as a static or cruising houseboat, and has been converted to a high standard as a character home.
