A much-loved First 27.7, ready for her next adventure

This 2004 First 27.7 has been much loved and exceptionally well maintained by us, her second owners. After nearly 20 years and countless days of sailing and fun, we have decided that it is time to let her go to a new home. She has an electric lifting keel, and comes with an excellent sail inventory: North Sails Ocean 3Di Main and Genoa, both new in 2023; a Quantum Kevlar Main and Genoa with very little use; a Gennaker, Spinnaker (2023); and a carbon spinnaker pole. This is a particularly well-equipped example for anyone looking for a fast, exciting and versatile 27-footer, with the benefit of an electric lifting keel and a sail wardrobe that offers the buyer very little immediate expenditure. The Beneteau First 27.7 is a particularly special yacht: a fast, responsive cruiser-racer designed by Groupe Finot, with a powerful, high-performance hull and deep lead-bulb lifting keel. She combines genuine racing performance with the practicality of a lifting keel, making her equally enjoyable for spirited day sailing, club racing and cruising in shallow waters.
