This Storebro Baltic 34 is built of mahogany carvel planking on oak frames, shallow continuous oak keel with laid teak deck on a plywood base. GRP moulded coachroof with minor internal mouldings. Hull stiffening and reinforcement provided by timber floors, bulkheads, semi-bulkheads and deck beams. Interior in mahogany and good quality soft furnishings. Twin bronze rudders and bronze ‘P’ brackets. All constructed to Det Norske Veritas standards (similar to Lloyds).

Twin Volvo MD 32A diesels of 106 HP each (fully reconditioned in 1998) driving twin bronze 3 bladed propellers through conventional shafts and giving a cruising speed of 7.5 knots.

Twin Volvo MD 32A diesels of 106 HP each (fully reconditioned in 1998 at a cost of approx £10 000 Stg) driving twin bronze 3 bladed propellers through conventional shafts and giving a cruising speed of 7.5 knots.
2 x 300 litre fuel tanks and consumption of about 5 litres per side per hour.
2 x 200 litre water tanks with pressurised hot and cold water from the engine and immersion.
2 x electric bilge pumps.
12 Volt alternator charged electrics with 240 volt shore power and automatic battery charger.

Equipment includes Webasto diesel fired heating (new 2000), anchor windlass with anchor and chain, swimming platform and boarding ladder, warps and fenders, marine W.C, fridge and two-burner gas cooker with grill and oven.

Navigation equipment includes Bidata speedo/log, sounder and VHF R/T.

Semi-enclosed wheelhouse with helmsman and crew seats, full canvassing to cover the whole cockpit area.

Accommodation is laid out as follows. Chain locker forward, forward cabin with 2 x single berths that can be converted to a double. Main saloon has dinette to port that is convertible to a double berth with the galley to starboard and the head/shower with W.C. and w.h.b. aft of galley. Steps up to wheelhouse with helmsman and crew seats and access to engines under floor. Aft cabin with 2 single berths and plenty of lockers and general storage.
